Our Story
Astand is an Australian family owned and operated business established in 2018 and is dedicated to the design, local manufacture and direct supply of innovative premium quality equipment - to enhance your efficiency....to work smarter.
Out of absolute sheer frustration and the desire for a well-engineered and easy to use cable drum stand, Astand was born. Another motivator was observing someone (that should have known better) trying to move a tandem box trailer by just pushing it with the bare forklift tynes, needless to say a lot of damage was done to the trailer.
Our list of innovative designs has evolved and is continually expanding, as our engineering team completes development, certification and field test verification to increase safety and productivity.

The Team
Astand is owned and operated by David Plecas. We have two casuals that help Dave with production and engage consultants as required. His Wife manages all the logistics and packaging.
